At Green My Business we aim to provide environmentally friendly products that are efficient and affordable. We have always promoted recycling among our customers by offering free collection of used containers as part of our internal van delivery service – which we then wash and recycle.

However we are striving to go further than that by working with our suppliers to create closed loop plastics systems for an ever increasing range of products.

Closed-loop systems are designed to create a circular flow of resources by ensuring that products are reused, recycled, or repurposed at the end of their lifecycle. In the context of Green My Business, our closed-loop system involves the collection, cleaning and refilling of 5L and 25L containers. Unlike traditional linear models where plastic is discarded after a single use, closed-loop systems aim to minimize waste and maximize resource efficiency. This not only reduces the strain on natural resources but also minimizes the harmful environmental impacts associated with plastic production and disposal.

We are able to provide a closed loop service for our internal van customers for the below products and are working with our partners at Ideal Manufacturing to extend this as soon as we can to our range of eco friendly cleaning supplies, such as our eco-friendly sanitiser, the degreaser and laundry ranges. Going forwards we hope to provide this service to our website courier delivered customers also. Closed Loop Plastics is here to stay. Watch this space!
